Customer Quicken & QuickBooks Upgrade Instructions – February 2025
Below you will find instructions for our Quicken and QuickBooks users. These resources are designed to help ensure a smooth transition during the upcoming system upgrade.
Note: Each document below gives instructions for a 1st Action Date, 2/13/2025 and a 2nd Action Date, 2/18/2025.
Make plans to complete a backup as well as your final download from the current online banking system BEFORE 2/13/2025. After this date, WebConnect and Direct Connect will not be available until 2/18/2025 when the new system is available. Prior to your first login to the new system, but not before 2/18/2025, you will need to deactivate the existing connection and then set up a new connection.
